Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack 270 has scratches and watermarks on the underside of all three panels. The drivers side cab panel hinges were installed crooked. There is a large gap between the passenger side cab panel and the center panel, in some cases this gap could cause the cover to leak.
